Reno-Mate Design Studio offers interior design services to busy professionals looking to transform their space.

Reno-Mate offers online design service or assistance with specific design elements such as floor plans, remote help with material selection, lighting advice and layout, and project specific problem solving. All design services described apply to Hospitality, residential and Office interior design.

Stage 1 - The Consultaion

This is the initial online meeting. The aim of this meeting is to understand your needs and the space/issue you require help with. We will talk about what is important to you, your goals and your vision.

In this stage I will provide you with a qoute according to the service needed. The fee starts at just 50£ for a simple consultation about furniture placements or material choice for example, and can rise to 250£ per room minimum with a floor plan and 3d visualization.

Stage 2 - The solution

On this stage I will present the solution, considering all your needs and wishes. This plan can include electrical and lighting suggestions where needed as well as a floor plan, 3D visualtaion rendered or simplified. I will explain the solution suggest on an online meeting, and suggest the next step for execution.

Stage 3 - Details & Design

In the upcoming online meetings, we'll explore more design options, provide detailed sections and a 3D view (non-rendered) for a layout feel. We'll discuss materials, treatments, along with a highly detailed plan for your contractor to execute. This can include tiling plan, electrical, and other specification as needed.

Stage 4 - Execution

If you require further help in execution, we are here for you. We can help with advice for anything related to your reno project, from material choice, choosine a contractor, furniture placemnt and problem solving.

Prepare Your Property for Sale

I work with clients who struggle to sell their property or get its' worth. I can judge the sellablity of your property, figure out what improvements will make the biggest impact in the shortest time frame and limited budget. I have bought and sold many properties as part of my role in a property investment firms. I know what's most important for buyers when making a decision. The location is part of it, that you can't control, but once they are visiting your property - that's where I can make a difference.

Fee starts at 150£ for up to a 2 bedroom property.

Floor Plan Design

If you're seeking interior layout options to choose from, this service is tailored to meet your needs. Whether you're constructing a new property or renovating an existing one, we will create a floor plan that aligns with your personal lifestyle. Additionally, our floor plan design expertise extends to garage conversions, extensions, offices, cafes, and restaurants.

The floor plan includes room division and basic general kitchen and bathroom plans, where applicable.

The fee for this service is £8 per square meter or any fractional part thereof. (Minimum 150£)
